Project Documentation

Project documentation is used to specify the way we manage project,  it is an agreement, tracking and communication tool for the Project Owner, Project Sponsor/ Investor, Key Stakeholders and other team project members. The documentation is established and implemented during all project phases  as a reference point, for reporting  and for current project management.

 

We assist in the whole process of preparation and execution of the following documents:

 

Small Project Documents:

1.  Project Proposal (O)

2. Project Business Plan (N)  [Risk Register (R), Project Status Report (R), Issue Register (R), Communication Strategy Plan (O), Training Strategy (O)]

3. Project Review and Closure Report  (N)
